Um ,no. The USSR invaded Poland on 17th September 1939. Also didn’t fight against any major Axis enemies until they were invaded in 1941.They even expressed an interest in joining the tripartate pact(AXIS) with Germany,Italy and Japan, in November 1940.

They have their own Parliament(which the English don’t) and their own say over who they release from prison on compassionate grounds- oops!
Scots are Brits ! Also, the Yanks never beat the Brits “asses” (We rode horses not donkeys anyway) – the Brits lost the American War of Independance becuase we were in the middle of another war in Europe and we could not win two wars at once so we let the colonies go and it was a very good decision considering the way they have turned out.
